In The Realm of the Blue Mage
A Warlic x Reader Fan-fiction
How could Warlic explain this situation to the world outside of his study? How could he even contemplate letting anyone know he’d made such a grievous blunder in his calculations as to produce a portal to another world and pull you inside! Well… at least that was the feeling you were getting as you remained a crumpled form on a richly carpeted floor as the mage in blue began to pace back and forth and talk to himself in annoyance.
What an arrogant guy? Why hadn’t he just helped you up already, apologised and then sent you back on your way? Heck you’d just been waiting for your order at the fast food joint when the portal had sucked you out of your car and into this strange fantasy realm. You were still in your car seat, hence the awkward position with your face slammed into the carpet.
“Uh… I suppose it would be too much to ask you to unclip me?” You groaned ge
Tempting FateCries of joy echoed across the barren field as the sun filled the sky with light once again. Kael raised a hand to shield her eyes as she watched the sky fade from black to palest blue. Finally, she could let out the tension she had been holding from the very beginning. The darkness dragon was defeated, the prophecy was fulfilled, and Lore was safe.
Looking out over the field, Kael's smile fell away. So many dead, so many homes destroyed, so many families broken, so many lives lost. Too many. Such was the price that had to be paid in exchange for destroying the dragon that had swallowed the sun.
Kael walked through the field. Her eyes passed from dead body to dead body, trying to find the remains of people she knew, while at the same time hoping with all her might that she would not spot a familiar face among the dead.
Many of the dead were human. Guardians that had fallen to the swarms of undead, mages who had used up their own life force in the effort to keep fighting, archers that h
I won't let you die. Not if I can help it.Okay, so this is a writing request from...that'll be in the description. This is a one-shot from the game AQW, during one of the events that took place. I play this game too, so I know exactly what had happened. So you don't get confused, this is in a world where magic exists, and the temporary antagonist, Vordred, is planning to take over the world (in this case, "Lore") using his powers to turn whoever he wants into the undead to join his army.
A famous hero-paladin, Artix, is planning to face Vordred on his own. But the other hero, in this case, it's :iconrosieaqw: (but her name is Rosalie, nicknamed Rose) is trying to stop him from doing so because in truth, Artix is a "Champion of Darkness". I'll explain how in the description. But anyway, if Vordred kills Artix and obtains his power, then the world (Lore) would end during Vordred's siege. So...ONWARD!
(One more thing, beyond the large gate that I will write about in the next few seconds is where Vordred an
A Through Z With DragonFableA is for Artix
More skeletons! This was turning out to be such a good day! He'd killed seventeen undead already and he'd only just gotten up! Slash! Slash! Clang! Slash! More bones littered the ground. Artix was barely even breathing hard. Slash, whoosh, clang, slash! More bones clattered to the ground at his feet. This was incredible! Almost thirty undead in fewer than two minutes! But where were they coming from? Artix looked around and saw a flash of blue. Wait, that color… Investigating the unusual light blue color, he quickly found its fluffy, sneering source. "Zorbak," he yelled, "You ebil little moglin! Stop raising the dead!"
B is for Blue
No one knew exactly what Cysero had made, but it was horrible. It had odd tentacles sticking out at even odder angles and it was gelatinous so blue. No one dared approach it, aside from its mad creator, who insisted on poking it. It made Serenity nervous. I
